Subscription & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You'll be charged the current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can check your renewal date in Settings → Subscription.

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method:

  • In the App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Update Payment Method
  • Online: Visit app.probeauty.ai/settings and update your billing information

Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

What is your refund policy?

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Why was I charged?

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. Check your renewal date in Settings → Subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact billing@probeauty.ai with your transaction details.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your subscription plan in Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Account & Login

I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen
  2. Check your email (including spam folder) for the reset link
  3. Create a new password

Still having issues? Contact support@probeauty.ai with your account email.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  2. Confirm your decision

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your data, including client information and images, will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged.

You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@probeauty.ai.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to Settings → Profile in the app or at app.probeauty.ai/settings. You can update your name, business information, specialty, and other profile details.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing

Try these steps:

  1. Update to the latest version of the app
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  4. Make sure you have a stable internet connection

If the issue persists, contact support@probeauty.ai with your device model and app version.

Features aren't loading properly

If features aren't loading:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try logging out and back in
  3. Clear the app cache (Settings → Clear Cache)
  4. Update to the latest app version
My Instagram/Facebook automation isn't working

Social media automations may stop working if:

  • Your access token has expired — reconnect your account in Settings → Integrations
  • Meta has updated their policies — check your Meta Business Suite for any action required
  • Your Instagram account is not a Business or Creator account

Privacy & Data

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and encrypted storage. We do NOT sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you have the right to data portability. To request an export of your data, email privacy@probeauty.ai with the subject line “Data Export Request.” We'll provide your data within 30 days.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. We do NOT use your data or uploaded content to train AI models. We use existing AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to process your requests. Your data is only used to provide the service to you.
