Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete data from ProBeauty AI, whether you use the web platform at app.probeauty.ai or the ProBeauty AI mobile application on iOS and Android. You can delete most data yourself from inside the app. You can also ask us to delete it for you, and you do not need an account to make that request.
Delete Specific Data Yourself
You can remove individual items at any time without closing your account. Each of these is deleted from our systems when you remove it in the app:
- Clients, along with their notes, consultation history, and progress images
- Photos and images you have uploaded
- AI conversations and threads
- Services and pricing
- Booking pages, appointments, and blocked time
- Intake and consent forms, and the responses to them
- Knowledge base documents
- Connected accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and calendar integrations, which you can disconnect in Settings
Delete Your Entire Account
To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, your clients and their records, your images, your AI conversations, your services, and your bookings.
Ask Us to Delete Your Data
If you cannot sign in, or you want us to handle it, email privacy@probeauty.ai from the address on your account. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only certain data, and name what you want removed.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, so that nobody else can delete your records.
What Happens After Deletion
- Deleted account data: Permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days of the request
- Backups: Cleared on the normal backup rotation, which completes within 90 days
- Payment records: Transaction records are retained for 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. These are billing records only and are held by our payment processor, Stripe
- AI conversations: Content sent to AI providers is processed in real time to generate a response and is not retained by ProBeauty AI beyond the session
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its records once the request has been carried out.
A Note for Beauty Professionals
If you store records about your own clients in ProBeauty AI, you control that data. When one of your clients asks you to delete their information, you can remove that client from your dashboard and the record is deleted with them. If you need help, contact us at the address above.
