All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe to ProBeauty AI, you are purchasing access to our platform for the duration of your billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. For questions about a specific transaction, you can also contact Stripe directly through your payment receipt.
