No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe to ProBeauty AI, you are purchasing access to our platform for the duration of your billing period.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to all features until your subscription ends
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• Automatic renewal stops — you will not be charged again after cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:

• In the App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
• Online: Visit app.probeauty.ai/settings and navigate to Subscription settings
• Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@probeauty.ai

We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us at billing@probeauty.ai with:

• Your account email address
• Transaction date and amount
• Description of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 48 business hours.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. For questions about a specific transaction, you can also contact Stripe directly through your payment receipt.

Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may grant exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. These may include:

• Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing the service
• Duplicate charges due to system errors
• Other exceptional circumstances
